![]() Do not return to the original NPC who gave you the fork or you will lose the whisper. Defeat each of the six prime avatars and collect their whispers. If Leepe-Hoppe gives you the cutscene for Tuning In, zone and talk to him again to get the cutscene for this quest. Cutscene is a single cutscene or multiple cutscenes. Talk to Leepe-Hoppe (located on the roof) and answer his question affirmatively for a cutscene. I switched to the right zone, went to Gemini Falls (I think this spot is good mainly because there are a ton of lizards there unlike the other areas of this zone) and got my piece of marble in under 10 kills. These missions are unlocked upon installation of the Treasures of Aht Urhgan expansion pack. I spent about 45 mins in the wrong jungle killing White Lizards before I realized it was supposed to be Ivory Lizards in Yuhtunga. Once you get the statue you then go to Kazham, get a cut scene when you speak to the monk there and he IMMEDIATELY gives you the Tele-Yhoat scroll. THIS is where the day has to roll over in real life NOT at Kazham. He finally gave me the statue after 8 AM PST had passed. I did this every couple hours all day long. I would zone and try again and he would say the same thing. Each time I tried he would say "Patience. This is somewhat incorrect as I found out, trying to get my statue every couple hours and thinking I was missing something. The description above says to wait several real life hours after giving the marble to the guy in San d'Oria, then he will give you a statue and then you go to Kazham and trade the statue to the monk there who will give you the scroll after 8 AM PST. Some are in place that I probably would vote to keep the same.I just want to let everyone know that this quest is slightly different from how it is explained above so they don't get frustrated like I did. I think the majority do need to go, or lowered. So, I don't think all wait timers should be removed. ![]() I think 1-3 days is appropriate, the goblins are building a master weapon supposedly even tho abyssea ruined that logic (and how filthy rich are they. There are many quests, events, and other things in the game that are supposed to take one real life day to do. The servers are in Tokyo, meaning that a 'new day' to them is when the clocks hit midnight Japan time. ![]() On AF waits, I think it's time to just let people get their crap and move on. Anything in this game that's supposed to happen 'once per real life day' is triggered by a new date on the servers themselves. I vote to remove RL day waits from missions all together, as I don't really care if someone who slacked off doing missions suddenly passed me when something they wanted came out. Her mercenary brigade often works on behalf of the Empire and is privileged with the trust of the royal family, so she says. Players just starting the game are having a great time doing missions then suddenly they can't do anything for a whole day. Upon arriving in Aht Urhgan Whitegate, you wander into the office of Salaheems Sentinels, a mercenary group run by the mace-wielding Mithra known as Naja Salaheem. That might of been fine when missions came out (still idk) but they just leave them there. A RL day is basically a month in vana'diel, and really how often do you have to wait a month for something to happen in the story? Not very much at all, it is over used because they didn't want players who didn't do their missions to suddenly catch up to the players who did it beforehand. I think they use game day wait too much though, as is RL day. ![]() In the case that you "need to wait until tomorrow" for certain events to take place in the story line, I think a game day wait is acceptable since you can plan what your doing out and finish up a few minutes before the day changes. RL day should be the wait that is in place for weekly waits and conquest waits. I think there needs to be a standard of two: I would like to play the game, not wait to play the game later.I would have to disagree with every single one.
